血液综合利用的研究,是我国血液制品方面的重要课题,河北省血站采用低温乙醇法提取丙种球蛋白后所得沉淀Ⅲ,仍含有IgG和IgA。经几批样品试验鉴定,求得其平均含量,IgG为6.1mg/克,IgA为1.4mg/克,因此很有综合利用的价值。用本文的实验方法,从人血浆沉淀Ⅲ中提取免疫球蛋白,制备工艺简单,无需特殊设备,适于生产,其得量IgG达72.9%,IgA为50.3%。现简要报导如下: 材料与方法
The study of comprehensive utilization of blood is an important issue in China’s blood products. Blood sample from Hebei Province Blood Station adopts low-temperature ethanol to extract gamma globulin, and still contains IgG and IgA. After several batches of sample tests, the average content was found to be 6.1 mg/g for IgG and 1.4 mg/g for IgA, which is of great value for comprehensive utilization. Using the experimental method of this article, immunoglobulin was extracted from human plasma precipitate III, the preparation process is simple, no special equipment is needed, and it is suitable for production. The yield of IgG is 72.9%, and IgA is 50.3%. The brief report is as follows: Materials and Methods
