冷饮食品是人们夏秋季节消暑、降温的重要饮料之一,若不注意食品卫生管理,极易造成夏秋季肠道传染病的发生和流行,甚至造成食物中毒。为此,我们对蓟县85个厂家生产的冷饮食品进行了抽样调查,结果表明:所采374份样品细菌总数合格率为57.49%,大肠菌群合格率为55.08%,说明我县冷饮食品还存在一定问题。尤其是冰棒、雪糕类,合格率仅为23.45%,说明从熬料、冷却、灌模、包装、运输、储存及消毒等环节存在不同程度的污染。因此,必须加强冷饮食品的监测管理工作,保证冷饮食品卫生质量,以保护消费者的健康。
Cold food is one of the important drinks that people cool off in summer and autumn and cool down. Failure to pay attention to food hygiene management can easily lead to the occurrence and prevalence of intestinal infectious diseases in summer and autumn, and even cause food poisoning. To this end, we conducted a sample survey of 85 cold-food products produced by Jixian County. The results showed that the qualified rate of total bacteria in 374 samples was 57.49%, and the passing rate of coliform bacteria was 55.08%, indicating that the cold food in our county still existed Certain problems. Especially popsicles, ice cream category, the passing rate of only 23.45%, indicating that from the boil material, cooling, filling mold, packaging, transportation, storage and disinfection and other aspects of the existence of different levels of pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and management of cold drinks and foodstuffs, ensure the hygiene quality of cold drinks and foodstuffs, and protect the health of consumers.
