负荷缓冲阀是现代车辆液压操纵系统中经常采用的一种综合性压力控制阀,其作用是使摩擦离合器平稳结合,缓和换档冲击,避免由于结合过猛而造成摩擦离合器的损坏。负荷缓冲阀的活塞可用来控制摩擦离合器油缸的放油,使摩擦离合器油缸的压力更替有适当的重叠度,以保证在车辆换档时不中断动力,实现负荷换档。与可达到同样目的的其它压力控制系统相比,负荷缓冲阀具有一机多用、结构简单、性能良好、工作稳定、调整方便等优点,因此不仅在车辆上,而且在各种传动系统中都得到了广泛的应用。本文着重分析差径式负荷缓冲阀。
Load buffer valve is a kind of integrated pressure control valve which is often used in the hydraulic control system of modern vehicles. Its function is to make the friction clutch smoothly combine to ease the shift shock and prevent the friction clutch from damaging due to excessive combined force. The piston of the load buffer valve can be used to control the oil discharge of the friction clutch cylinder, so that the pressure of the friction clutch cylinder can be replaced with an appropriate degree of overlap to ensure that the load is shifted without interruption of power when the vehicle is shifted. Compared with other pressure control systems which can achieve the same purpose, the load buffer valve has the advantages of multiple functions, simple structure, good performance, stable operation and convenient adjustment and is therefore obtained not only in vehicles but also in various transmission systems A wide range of applications. This article focuses on the analysis of differential-diameter load buffer valve.
