《福建省流域水环境保护条例》(以下简称《条例》)已于2012年2月1日正式实施。其加大了对环境违法行为的处罚力度。《条例》规定,禁止在饮用水水源保护区范围内堆放、存贮可能造成水体污染的固体废物或者其他污染物。违反该规定,将由县级以上地方人民政府环境保护主管部门责令停止违法行为,恢复原状;造成饮用水水源污染的,并处2万元以上10万元以下的罚款。同时,《条例》规定,在饮用水水源保护区
The “Regulations of Fujian Province for the Protection of Water Environment in Rivers” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) came into effect on February 1, 2012.
