为了满足泰国汉语教育事业发展的需要,近10年来,中国向泰国派遣了大批志愿者,他们的工作得到了泰方的认可和嘉许。与此同时,志愿者们在教学、生活、心理等方面也遇到了一些困难,泰方教师也从文化适应能力、语言能力、个人素质等角度指出了志愿者工作生活中存在的一些问题。本文分析了来自双方的问题,在此基础上,对今后的志愿者培训工作提出了一些建议。
In order to meet the needs of the development of Chinese education in Thailand, China has sent a large number of volunteers to Thailand in the past 10 years and their work has been recognized and praised by Thailand. At the same time, volunteers also encountered some difficulties in teaching, living and psychology. The Thai teachers also pointed out some problems existing in volunteer work and life from the aspects of cultural adaptability, language ability and personal qualities. This article analyzes the problems from both sides, and on this basis, puts forward some suggestions for future volunteer training.
