作者观察了10例正常人(男6名,女4名,年龄22~51岁)外周血单核细胞(mononuclear cells)在小鼠腹腔扩散盒中经1~21天培养的生长情况。结果发现,在培养最初几天,细胞总数下降,然后直线上升,在第13天时达到高峰。在培养的最初24小时就能辨认出未分化原始细胞。其中多数为淋巴样细胞。在整个观察期间,培养细胞中主要也是淋巴细胞。在培养6或9天以前,淋巴细胞数下降,以后很快上升,到13天时达到高峰。在10例中都能看到典型的浆细胞生长,浆细胞最早出现于培养的第6天或第9天。在10例中从培养开始直至17或21天观察终了时都有粒细
The authors observed the growth of mononuclear cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in 10 cases of normal persons (male 6, female 4, ages 22-51 years) in a mouse abdominal cavity diffusion box for 1 to 21 days.
