研究了超声波介入下热浸镀锌的镀层组织和性能。结果表明:功率超声使镀层中不出现脆性的Fe-Zn金属间化合物层,镀层组织致密,表面光滑、可显著地提高镀层的粘附性、变形性和耐蚀性。并以声学为基础,对超声的作用机理进行了理论探讨。
The microstructure and properties of hot dip galvanized coating under ultrasonic wave were studied. The results show that the power ultrasound can make the coating brittle Fe-Zn intermetallic compound layer, the coating is dense, the surface is smooth, can significantly improve the coating adhesion, deformation and corrosion resistance. Based on acoustics, the mechanism of ultrasound is discussed theoretically.
