随着公安改革工作的不断深入和发展,对公安各项工作提出了更高、更严、更具体的要求,公安档案管理工作也面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。长期以来各种历史遗留因素和现实管理上客观存在的问题,致使公安档案管理工作还处在现代化管理的初级阶段,很多工作才起步,但档案管理工作也正向着收集归档制度化、管理规范化、利用信息网络化的方向迈进。面对新时期的新挑战,如何做好公安档案管理工作是一个需要我们认真思考、努力探索的问题。
