日前在润滑研究中,常用电阻法、电容法、x射线法、光干涉法来测量油膜厚度。但是这些方法都有一定的局限性。比如,电容法,为了安装电极,不得不破坏工作表面;光干涉法必须用遗明材料制成试验装置等…。本文探讨了一种新的油膜测量方法——应用超声波测量油膜厚度的可能性。试验结果表明,这一方法优点较多,可以弥补上述诸测量方法的缺点,值得深入研究。
A few days ago in the lubrication study, commonly used resistance method, capacitance method, x-ray method, optical interference method to measure the thickness of oil film. However, these methods have some limitations. For example, the capacitance method, in order to install the electrode, had to destroy the work surface; light interference method must be made of test materials and other devices .... This article explores a new oil film measurement method - the possibility of using ultrasonic measurements of oil film thickness. The experimental results show that this method has more advantages and can make up for the shortcomings of the above measurement methods and deserves further study.
