按照新的摩擦理论,刹车块的寿命主要取决于制动过程中单位摩擦制动功所对应的磨损率。本文介绍了主滚筒刹车带在一次完整下钻过程中所吸收的摩擦制动功的计算式,指出采用这种计算式计算摩擦制动功比苏联推导的公式简便得多,精确度也高。
According to the new friction theory, the service life of the brake block mainly depends on the wear rate corresponding to the unit friction braking power during braking. This paper introduces the calculation formula of the frictional braking work absorbed by a main drum brake belt during a complete drill-down. It is pointed out that using this calculation formula to calculate the friction braking power is much simpler and more accurate than the formula derived by the Soviet Union.
