在讨论试棒(Test Bar)的铸型方法之前,应该先谈谈试棒在铸造工业上的任务,和铸造的条件。一、试棒在铸造工业上的任务(1)在铸件品质检定上—试棒和铸件,在同样施工情形之下浇出,两者之品质,有一致的关系(Correlation)。可以利用试棒,不破坏铸件的完整性,检定铸件的品质。(2)在技术改造上——先铸出试棒,研究化学成分,物理性能,金相组织,或热处理实验。再以同样工作条件,应用到铸件上去。
