定西油库分输库为中型储油库,建筑物对地基变形要求高,其拟建建筑场地为自重湿陷性黄土场地,其特点是天然强度不高,遇水易湿陷变形。为消除地基的湿陷变形,提高地基的强度,本工程采用整片灰土挤密地基加表层灰土垫层封闭的办法进行湿陷性黄土地基处理。该工程地基处理的成功经验对西北大厚度湿陷性黄土地区石油及石化建设的地基处理有一定的借鉴作用。
Dingxi Oil Depot is a mid-sized storage depot. Buildings require high deformation of the foundation. The planned construction site is a self-weight collapsible loess site, which is characterized by a low natural strength and water-prone deformation. In order to eliminate the collapse deformation of the foundation and improve the strength of the foundation, the project uses the whole piece of lime-soil compaction foundation plus the surface layer of lime-soil cushion closure for collapsible loess foundation treatment. The successful experience of the project foundation treatment has some reference to the foundation treatment of petroleum and petrochemical construction in the large-thickness collapsible loess area in the northwest of China.
