香叶天竺葵嫩叶,经灭菌消毒,置于MS培养基中,另添加NAA和6-BA适量,进行暗培养,室温30℃,接种后9天,即有愈伤组织发生。以后在人工光照下培养,每天照光11小时,光照强度2,000勒克司,不久即有幼芽陆续分化。再将接种后经50多天生长的无根苗转入生根培养基,室温改为22℃,转移20天后,开始有根分化,并形成完整的再生植株。 考虑到植物与植物之间存在着相互制约、相互依存的关系,本试验试用了香叶天竺葵与六月雪混合培养的方法。
