按照ASTM E399—81通用试验标准,并考虑到结构钢棒材由于形变加工等原因造成的力学性能上的各向异性,设计和加工了高强结构钢30CrMnSiNi2A棒材C—R向拱形三点弯曲试样和L—C向直形三点弯曲试样,按工厂现行最终热处理工艺处理后,进行对比试验,分别测定了它们的断裂韧性。结果表明,C—R向的K_(IC)值比L—C向的约低1/3。这为实际构件的设计和断裂失效分析提供了必要的参考。
According to ASTM E399-81 common test standards, and taking into account the structural properties of the steel due to deformation and other mechanical properties caused by the anisotropy, the design and processing of high-strength structural steel 30CrMnSiNi2A bar C-R to the arch three-point bending Samples and L-C to the straight three-point bending specimens, according to the current factory final heat treatment process, the comparison test, respectively, measured their fracture toughness. The results show that the K-value of the C-R direction is about 1/3 lower than that of the L-C direction. This provides the necessary reference for the design of actual components and failure analysis.
