在创办新时代学校的过程中,人文校园的提出具有划时代的进步意义。这是因为对于学生的人文关怀,不仅仅是对于传统的重智力知识培养的一种改革,更为重要的是,学生在教学过程中感受到的人文关怀,有助于其人格的塑造以及人文精神的养成。教师作为实施这一措施的主要载体,如何把人文教育和科学教育有效地融合起来,以及教师在这两种教育中所扮演的角色将是探讨的主题。
