根据TB/T 1618-2001《机车车辆车轴超声波检验》,研制开发了新一代BLC-8Z型铁路机车车辆车轴超声波自动探伤系统。该系统采用螺旋轨迹扫查方式,由8~10通道分设2个探头组,同时扫查车轴径面。采用PLC(探伤过程控制)、高速数据采集卡(超声信号采集)和工控机(缺陷诊断和人机交互)有机结合的方式实现了探伤过程自动化。系统具有轴型参数输入、探伤流程自动生成、回波实时记录和动态显示、缺陷波阈值判据和DAC判据诊断、报表打印输出等功能。
According to TB / T 1618-2001 “Locomotive Axle Ultrasonic Inspection”, developed a new generation of BLC-8Z-type railway locomotive axles ultrasonic automatic detection system. The system uses helical trajectory scan mode, divided by 8 ~ 10 channel sub-2 probe set, while scanning the axle surface. The testing process is automated by means of PLC (flaw detection process control), high-speed data acquisition card (ultrasonic signal acquisition) and industrial computer (defect diagnosis and human-computer interaction). The system has the functions of axis parameter input, flaw detection process generation, echo real-time recording and dynamic display, defect wave threshold criterion and DAC criterion diagnosis and report printout.
