对井下工程机械的造型设计进行分析,并提出设计理念。通过二次开发工具Pro/toolkit和应用程序接口对Pro/E进行二次开发,实现产品的参数化设计,设计的过程更加方便简单。通过人机界面对参数重新赋值,利用参数约束和传递的驱动原理,快速准确地生成设计方案供设计师选择优化。从而提高了设计效率和设计质量,缩短设计周期。
Analysis of the design of downhole engineering machinery design and put forward the design concept. Through secondary development tools Pro / toolkit and application program interface, Pro / E is developed for the second time to realize the parameterized design of the product. The design process is more convenient and simple. Through the man-machine interface parameter reassignment, the use of parameter constraints and the transmission of the driving principle, quickly and accurately generate design options for the designer to choose optimization. Thus improving the design efficiency and design quality, shorten the design cycle.
