差示扫描量热法(DSC)是研究纯固体药物和固体分散体物理性质的有效方法。本文用装有电子计算机DSC 仪研究非甾体抗炎药(Ⅰ)的聚乙烯二醇6000(PEG 6000)、胶体二氧化硅(SiO_2)固体分散体的热学等性质。
Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) is an effective method to study the physical properties of pure solid drugs and solid dispersions. In this paper, the thermal properties of polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG 6000) and colloidal silica (SiO 2) solid dispersions of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Ⅰ) were investigated by computerized DSC.
