本文在文献的基础上,对聚乙二醇作相转移催化剂合成醚的反应进行了研究。 以聚乙二醇为相转移催化剂合成醚的反应,多数是在固-液相条件下进行,液-液相条件仅见于碘甲烷的反应。对于一些活泼的氯代烃,例如2,4-二硝基氯苯同亲核性较强的酚类采用液-液相转移催化法就能得到满意的结果。我们的实验结果表明,活性较小的氯代烃,例如,对位和邻位-硝基氯苯以及对氯氯化苄,即使同亲核性较强的对甲氧基苯酚采用液-液相转移法〔A〕都不能进行反应。但采用固-液相转移催化法〔B〕
In this paper, based on the literature, the reaction of polyethylene glycol as a phase transfer catalyst for the synthesis of ethers was studied. The reaction of ether with PEG as phase transfer catalyst is mostly carried out under solid-liquid conditions. The liquid-liquid conditions are only found in the reaction of methyl iodide. For some lively chlorinated hydrocarbons, such as 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene with strong nucleophilic phenols using liquid - liquid transfer catalyst can get satisfactory results.
