如今,在外资银行办房贷,不仅可以免手续费、送保险,二套房贷利率甚至可下浮29%!另外,在中小型企业方面,外资银行也推出了一系列优惠措施,目的就是,瞅准时机争夺中国市场。但是,与之相对应的是,9月份以来,中资银行纷纷收紧房贷,并普遍表示利率在基准利率到上浮10%之间。对比之下,中资银行面临着外资银行严峻挑战,值得重视。面对这种情况的发生,中资银行该如何应对?或者说,中国市场该如何认识和对待?这是非常值得探讨的问题。
