目的探讨五色流式细胞术进行外周血白细胞分类计数的效果。方法选取2015年7月至8月100例住院患者静脉血标本,使用全自动血细胞分析仪和流式细胞仪对白细胞分类计数,并对白细胞分类计数结果做相关性分析。结果五色流式细胞术可分类计数外周血16种白细胞,与血细胞分析仪检测技术比较,成熟中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞分类计数结果无明显改变,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);且两种分类方法计数5种成熟白细胞结果均具有一定相关性(γ=0.934、0.885、0.846、0.924、0.672,P<0.01)。结论五色流式细胞术与血细胞分析仪检测技术分类计数外周血白细胞相关性良好,且可提供更多的白细胞亚群。
Objective To investigate the effect of five-color flow cytometry on the classification and counting of peripheral leukocytes. Methods Venous blood samples of 100 inpatients from July to August in 2015 were collected. The white blood cells were counted by automatic hematology analyzer and flow cytometry, and the correlation between leukocyte count and count was analyzed. Results Five-color flow cytometry was used to classify and count 16 types of leucocytes in peripheral blood. Compared with the blood cell analyzer, the number of mature neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils and basophils was no (P> 0.05). There were also some correlations between the five kinds of mature white blood cell count (γ = 0.934,0.885,0.846,0.924,0.672, P <0.01). Conclusion Five-color flow cytometry and hematology analyzer detection technology classification of peripheral blood leukocytes correlated well, and can provide more leukocyte subpopulations.
