探索了微波辅助提取竹叶内酯的工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面分析法对工艺参数进行优化,并将该工艺条件和乙醇加热回流提取法进行比较。结果表明:微波辅助提取法是一种快速有效提取竹叶内酯的方法,其较佳工艺条件为:辐射时间6.2min,微波功率620W,乙醇浓度55%,液料比30mL/g。在此提取工艺条件下,竹叶内酯的提取率可达到7.56mg/g。与乙醇加热回流法比较,微波辅助提取竹叶内酯的提取率高出10%,溶剂用量减少50%,提取时间大大缩短。
The technology of microwave assisted extraction of bamboo leaves lactone was explored. On the basis of single factor experiments, the process parameters were optimized by response surface analysis, and the process conditions were compared with ethanol heating reflux extraction. The results showed that microwave - assisted extraction was a rapid and effective method for extraction of lactone from leaves. The optimum conditions were as follows: irradiation time 6.2 min, microwave power 620 W, ethanol concentration 55% and liquid to liquid ratio 30 mL / g. In this extraction process conditions, the extraction rate of bamboo leaves up to 7.56mg / g. Compared with the heating reflux method of ethanol, the extraction rate of bamboo leaf lactone by microwave assisted extraction is higher than 10%, the amount of solvent is reduced by 50%, and the extraction time is greatly shortened.
