本文给出了二维瞬态温度场的热传导基本方程及其泛函表述式,采用有限元法对断续切削过程中的二维瞬态温度场进行了数值分析,得出刀具在切入及切出时刃区温度场分布状态.通过激光脉冲热源对刀具在断续切削时刃区温度场进行了模拟实验,结果表明:理论分析与实验结果有较好的吻合.
In this paper, the fundamental heat conduction equation and its functional expression of two-dimensional transient temperature field are given. The two-dimensional transient temperature field in intermittent cutting process is numerically analyzed by finite element method. The temperature field distribution of the blade at the time out.The laser pulse heat source of blade cutting edge temperature field during intermittent cutting simulation results show that: the theoretical analysis and experimental results are in good agreement.
