交通运输部发出通知,今年中秋节与国庆节连休,全国各大高速公路首次试行免收7座及以下小型客车通行费,免费时间为9月30日零时至10月7日24时,时长8天。高速免费无疑给假日自驾出行的人带来较大优惠。以北京至西安为例,全程高速约1100公里,按每公里0.5元收费(各省高速收费标准不同,多为0.35-0.5元),单程可节省500多元。国庆自驾西安游,仅高速费就能节省1000元,这对一些计划假日自驾出行的人来说,可谓极具诱惑。对于节假日高速免费的改革尝试,社会各界和媒体舆论给予高度关注,赞扬多过质疑。总的来看,可以归纳为三个方面。一是节假日高速免费会否带来集中时间段的高速拥堵问题。毫无疑问,这样的担忧是一种普遍共识—在假日的两头,出发和回归的时间段里,进出高速必定会出现大面积的拥堵情况。
