血管内皮细胞通过分泌多种血管活性因子,参与调节机体的凝血功能和血管的舒缩功能。内皮功能的障碍在肺血栓栓塞症的发生、发展中起重要作用。内皮的功能障碍一方面使促血栓形成作用增强,导致肺内血栓形成形成和进一步扩大;另一方面表现血管调节功能障碍,使肺小血管收缩导致血管阻力增加,出现急性右心功能不全,体循环衰竭而死亡。因此保护内皮细胞的生理功能,对改善肺血栓栓塞症患者的预后必将起到积极作用。
