根据国家建委“1978~1985年地震工程科学技术重点项目第十七项地震工程减震消能技术研究”和一机部“1979~1980年度机械工业科学技术发展计划”的要求,我室协同西安高压电器研究所、西安电瓷研究所等单位进行了高压电器减震技术研究。经过近二年的努力现已取得了初步成果,掌握了现有高压电器的抗震性能、研制了适用少油断路器的减震器,摸索了适用于避雷器的阻尼器。
According to the requirements of the State Construction Commission “The 17th Seismic Engineering Vibration Reduction and Energy Dissipation Technology of the 1978-1985 Earthquake Engineering Science and Technology Key Project” and the “1979-1980 Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Development Plan” of the First Division, our office will coordinate with Xi’an. Institute of High-Voltage Electrical Apparatus, Xi’an Electric Porcelain Institute and other units conducted research on high-voltage electrical shock absorption technology. After nearly two years of efforts, preliminary results have been obtained. The seismic performance of existing high-voltage electrical appliances has been mastered, shock absorbers suitable for low-oil circuit breakers have been developed, and dampers suitable for arresters have been explored.
