随着我国基础教育改革和高等教育的飞速发展,我国高师音乐教育的改革势在必行。就目前高师音乐教育改革研究与实践的形势和现状来看,尚存若干问题:一是对“高师音乐教育改革”的含义认识模糊,高师音乐教育改革和高等音乐教育专业改革的现实意义是不同的,高师音乐教育改革应该重在专业结构和办学方向的改革;它应该受市场的制约,它不仅要为基础教育改革服务,而且要紧跟市场需求发展。二是高等音乐教育专业改革应该重在课程结构和培养模式的改革,它必须为基础教育改革服务。
