在全球化背景下,积极参与国际竞争、融入全球产业格局是中国企业发展的必由之路。本文基于沪深两市家电行业19家上市公司,76个样本数据,对文化距离与企业海外市场进入模式选择之间的相互关系进行了实证分析。实证结果表明,具有“较小的文化距离将更可能导致较低控制程度的进入模式。为此,本文得到应通过积累国际经营经验、提高跨国经营能力的途径促进”走出去“战略的结论。
In the context of globalization, actively participating in international competition and integrating into the global industrial structure are the only ways for the development of Chinese enterprises. Based on the data of 19 listed companies and 76 samples in the appliance industry in Shanghai and Shenzhen, this paper empirically analyzes the interrelationship between the cultural distance and the mode choice of overseas market entry. The empirical results show that having ”a small cultural distance will be more likely to lead to a lower degree of control mode of entry.Therefore, this article should be through the accumulation of international business experience, to improve the transnational management ability to promote “ going out ”strategy Conclusion.
