目的探讨P33ING1b、FXYD3、PINCH蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测P33ING1b、FXYD3、PINCH在30例正常胃黏膜及73例胃腺癌组织中的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系及相关性。结果 P33ING1b蛋白的阳性表达与PINCH蛋白的阳性表达之间趋于存在正相关关系(r=0.279,P=0.007);胃腺癌中FXYD3蛋白的阳性表达与P33ING1b蛋白的阳性表达之间并无相关性(r=0.131,P=0.257)。结论 P33ING1b蛋白在胃腺癌细胞胞质中的表达,可能更方便通过细胞内、外的信息传递而与间质中表达的PINCH蛋白相互作用,共同参与肿瘤的发生。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of P33ING1b, FXYD3 and PINCH protein in gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods The expression of P33ING1b, FXYD3 and PINCH in 30 cases of normal gastric mucosa and 73 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship between them and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results There was a positive correlation between the positive expression of P33ING1b protein and the positive expression of PINCH protein (r = 0.279, P = 0.007). There was no correlation between the positive expression of FXYD3 protein and the positive expression of P33ING1b protein in gastric adenocarcinoma (r = 0.131, P = 0.257). Conclusion The expression of P33ING1b protein in the cytoplasm of gastric adenocarcinoma cells may be more convenient to interact with the PINCH protein expressed in interstitium via intracellular and extracellular information transmission and participate in the tumorigenesis.
