采用均匀沉淀法合成碳酸铅 ,研究反应温度、时间、反应物浓度、反应物配比对碳酸铅收率的影响。运用 TEM对合成的碳酸铅形态及颗粒尺寸大小进行表征。通过实验确定了解制备碳酸铅的最佳工艺条件 :反应温度为 95℃ ,反应时间为 5 h,反应物浓度为0 .5 mol/l,反应物配比为 1∶ 6。TEM图像表明 ,制备的碳酸铅为斜方晶体 ,料径为 1~ 15 μm,实验结果表明 :采用均匀沉淀法可以制备料径小 ,分散均匀的超细碳酸铅
Lead carbonate was synthesized by uniform precipitation method. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, reactant concentration and reactant ratio on the yield of lead carbonate were studied. The morphology and particle size of the synthesized lead carbonate were characterized by TEM. The optimum technological conditions for the preparation of lead carbonate were determined through experiments: the reaction temperature was 95 ℃, the reaction time was 5 h, the concentration of reactants was 0.5 mol / l and the ratio of reactants was 1: 6. TEM images show that the prepared lead carbonate is orthorhombic crystal and the diameter is 1 ~ 15 μm. The experimental results show that the uniform precipitation method can prepare ultrafine lead carbonate with small diameter and uniform dispersion
