埕海一号人工岛主要开发庄海4X1和庄海8断块,是海油陆采工程的重点项目。已完成22口丛式井,根据不同地层特性选择了不同的钻井液体系,并在钻进过程中精心维护。海水聚合物钻井液的低固相、低黏度和低切力特性有效解决了明化镇组泥岩堵导管、黏附井壁、缩径等难题。新型盐水聚合物钻井液较好地解决了沙河街泥页岩坍塌、大位移定向井井眼净化、钻井液润滑性及油气层保护等难题,保证了钻井的安全施工。但当固相含量增加或提高密度后钻井液润滑性能明显降低,因此需要对体系进一步完善。筛管完成井三开使用无固相钻井完井液,取得了较好的油气层保护效果。
The artificial island of Bahai mainly develops Zhuanghai 4X1 and Zhuanghai 8 fault blocks, which is the key project of CNOOC land mining project. 22 cased wells have been completed. Different drilling fluid systems have been selected according to different formation characteristics and are carefully maintained during drilling. The low solid-phase, low-viscosity and low-shear characteristics of the seawater polymer drilling fluid effectively solve the problems of blocking mud pipes, sticking the borehole wall and reducing the diameter of the mudstone in the Minghuazhen Formation. The new salt water polymer drilling fluid solves the problems such as the shale collapse in Shahejie well, the wellbore purification in large displacement directional well, the lubricity of drilling fluid and the protection of oil and gas reservoirs, which ensures the safe construction of drilling. However, when the solid content increases or increases the density of drilling fluid lubrication performance significantly reduced, so the system needs further improvement. Screening to complete the well to open the use of non-solid drilling fluid well completion, and achieved good oil and gas layer protection effect.
