1 前言 复卷机是造纸生产线最后一个关键环节,复卷机控制的效果直接影响成品纸卷的质量、造纸生产线的生产效率和作业率。 目前,国内除几个从国外引进设备的厂家,几乎所有造纸厂的复卷机车速均在1000米/分以下,且在复卷过程中,由于纸幅张力控制不佳,经常断纸,复卷机的作业率和生产效率都较低。另外,由于前后底辊的力矩差程序曲线控制和压纸辊的压力程序曲线控制不理想,成品纸卷的松紧度达不到规定要求。本文所介绍的高速复卷机微机控制系统,可以克服上述所存在的问题。
