在分析柔性制造系统ＦＭＳ故障诊断的基础上，探讨了面向ＣＩＭ设备诊断的信息获取与管理、诊断模型与诊断推理等问题，并讨论了进一步的研究方向。
Based on the analysis of FMS fault diagnosis in flexible manufacturing system, the problems of information acquisition and management, diagnosis model and diagnosis reasoning for CIM equipment are discussed. Further research directions are discussed.
