51只家兔随机分为杨林丸治疗组、地塞米松治疗组、空白对照组,经耳缘静脉注射油酸造成呼吸窘迫综合征模型。实验结果发现三组PaO_2、SaO_2均进行性下降,而杨林丸组下降幅度最缓慢,回升较快,且肺系数明显小于对照组,病变较对照组明显减轻,某些病变检出较地塞米松组少,提示杨林丸可保持机体酸硷平衡,改善肺换气和肺通气,有降低毛细血管通透性,减轻肺泡上皮细胞的损伤,维持其分泌活性物质、保护肺泡正常张力等作用,其效果类似甚至优于口服地塞米松。
51 rabbits were randomly divided into the Yanglin Pills treatment group, the dexamethasone treatment group, and the blank control group. The respiratory distress syndrome model was induced by ear vein injection of oleic acid. The experimental results showed that the three groups of PaO 2 and SaO 2 were progressively decreased, while the Yanglin Pill group had the slowest decline and rapid recovery, and the lung coefficient was significantly smaller than that of the control group. The lesions were significantly reduced compared with the control group, and some lesions were detected more than the ground plug. The small amount of rice rosin group suggests that Yanglin Pill can maintain the body’s acid-antimony balance, improve lung ventilation and lung ventilation, reduce capillary permeability, reduce alveolar epithelial cell damage, maintain its secretion of active substances, and protect normal alveolar tension. The effect is similar to or better than oral dexamethasone.
