随着海上风电产业向中等水深海域快速发展,四腿桁架式风机基础结构型式得到更广泛的应用。本文即针对四腿桁架式风机基础结构,建立一种多准则多参数结构优化策略与方法,旨在辅助该类基础型式的设计工作并提高结构优化效率。在该优化策略中,根据相关工程经验,对影响目标函数的各控制准则进行分级,通过多准则控制算法筛选优化方案,最终得到最优的结构设计方案。在选取设计参数时,依据设计经验和敏感性分析,对各设计参数进行分级,通过逐级搜索策略将各参数组合成一系列优化方案,以备多准则控制算法筛选。在设定约束条件时,基于工程经验和理论分析建立设计经验库,从而确定各设计参数的建议取值或取值范围。本文最后通过一工程实例展示了该结构优化策略的应用效果。
With the offshore wind power industry to the rapid development of medium-depth waters, four-legged truss-type fan structure has been more widely used. In this paper, aiming at the basic structure of four-legged truss fan, a multi-criteria multi-parameter structure optimization strategy and method is established to assist the design work of such basic type and to improve the structure optimization efficiency. In the optimization strategy, according to the relevant engineering experience, the control rules that affect the objective function are graded, and the optimization scheme is screened by the multi-criteria control algorithm, finally the optimal structural design scheme is obtained. When selecting the design parameters, the design parameters are classified according to the design experience and sensitivity analysis, and the parameters are combined into a series of optimization schemes through the level-by-level search strategy to prepare for multi-criteria control algorithm selection. In the setting of constraints, based on engineering experience and theoretical analysis of the establishment of design experience library to determine the design parameters of the proposed value or range of values. Finally, an engineering example is given to demonstrate the application effect of this structural optimization strategy.
