目的建立工作场所空气中恩氟烷的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法。方法按照《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求进行实验。结果该方法在l~7 480μg/ml范围呈线性关系;样品在炭管中于常温下至少可保存7 d;方法的重现性好,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为0.5%~1.3%;方法的最低检出限为1.0μg/ml;平均解吸效率为97.0%~103.8%;采样效率为94.9%~100.0%;100 mg活性炭对恩氟烷的穿透容量是3.7 mg;空气中与恩氟烷共存七氟烷、异氟烷、乙醇等在该方法条件下不干扰测定。结论该方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中恩氟烷的现场监测。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of enflurane in workplace air by solvent desorption. Methods The experiment was carried out according to the requirements of “Study Norms for the Detection of Toxic Substances in the Air at Work”. Results The method showed a linear relationship in the range of 1-480 μg / ml. The sample was stored in a charcoal tube for at least 7 days at room temperature. The reproducibility of the method was good and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) varied from 0.5% to 1.3%. Methods The detection limit was 1.0μg / ml. The average desorption efficiency was 97.0% -103.8%. The sampling efficiency was 94.9% -100.0%. The permeation capacity of 100 mg activated carbon to enflurane was 3.7 mg. Co-presence of sevoflurane, isoflurane, ethanol, etc. in this method does not interfere with the determination of the test conditions. Conclusion The indexes of this method all meet the requirements of the “Norms for the detection of toxic substances in workplace air” and are suitable for on-site monitoring of enrofloxacin in the air of workplace.
