作者从180例华东方面材料中,观察了股深动脉及其分支类型,并以所得结果与国内外各家所报告者作了比较研究。1.依华东区国人180例股深动脉及其分支情形,主要可分为五型,其中以第一型为最多,占62.2±3.6%,第二型、第三型次之,第五型又次之,第四型最少,占1.7±1.0%。所得结果与华南、华北、东北资料相比,用统计学原则处理结果,说明我国各地材料,并无地区及年龄上之显著差异;其中特别是第一型——股深动脉为股动脉分支,而旋股内侧动脉与旋股外侧动脉皆由股深动脉发出者,都在65.0%上下(62.2%—68.0%)之间,可列为国人之标准型。2.以上述五型国内资料与国外资料比较,除证明各型在总的分配数字上颇为接近外,并说明了第一型以国人较高,加外较低;东方人与东方人之间、西方人与西方人之间较为接近;而东方人与西方人之间在第一型与第二型上的差异,却非常显著。3.在本文180例中,除上述五型外,尚发现其他类型12,并区别为5个型式。各型在本交搜集之国内资料中或未见提及,或因未查原文,尚未能肯定其有无。4.根据本文180例资料,分别统计股深动脉、旋股内侧动脉和旋股外侧动脉的个别起源的结果,证明股深动脉单独发自股动脉者占4.4±1.5%。旋股内侧动脉多数发自股深动脉,占77.8±3.1%;少数直接发自股动脉,占22.2±3.1%。旋股外侧动脉多数发自股深动脉,占77.0±3.1%;少数直接发自股动脉,占22.2±3.1%;旋股外侧动脉的升支与降支分别由股动脉及股深动脉发出者,亦有1例,估0.6±0.6%。 5.在侧差方面,从本文35个整尸中,左右同型者计14例,占40.0±8.3%;左右异型者计21例,占60.0±8.3%。左右同型中,以第一型居大多数,且与朱氏等之东北资料一致。同型与异型的多少问题,本文材料不足,尚有待于继续研究。

In terms of lateral difference, from the 35 corpses in this article, about 14 cases of homozygote, accounting for 40.0 ± 8.3%; 21 cases of left and right type, accounting for 60.0 ± 8.3%.
