最近,有位领导同志谈到,党的干部特别是领导干部对待工作岗位要“三不要”:一不要浪费岗位,二不要“利用”岗位,三不要作贱岗位。思忖再三,觉得很有些道理。不要浪费岗位。岗位绝不仅仅是干部个人养家糊口的“饭碗”,更主要的是党的组织量才使用、代表人民赋予一定权力以使干部为民造福的“阵地”。干部之于岗位就好像哨兵之于哨所,一刻都懈怠不得。每个岗位都重要,每个岗位都寄托着党和人民群众
