文章归纳了1949~2014年福建油茶产业补贴政策内容的变化;通过补贴政策对生产规模、产量的影响,不同环节补贴政策的状况及补贴效果的比较,探寻补贴政策与油茶产业之间相互影响的机理;并将福建的补贴政策与湖南、江西进行对比,借鉴橄榄油补贴政策的内容和执行经验,其结论:必须长期坚持目前的补贴政策,但政策的连续性、单一的补贴体系及资金的补贴力度有待完善。
This article summarizes the changes of the content of the subsidies for the tea oil industry in Fujian Province from 1949 to 2014. By comparing the effects of the subsidy policies on the production scale and output, the status of the subsidy policies in different aspects and the effects of the subsidies, this paper explores the mutual influence between the subsidy policy and the tea oil industry Mechanism and comparison between Fujian’s subsidy policy and Hunan and Jiangxi, and draws lessons from the content and implementation experience of the olive oil subsidy policy. The conclusion is that the current subsidy policy must be persisted for a long time, but the policy continuity, the single subsidy system and the capital Subsidy efforts need to be perfected.
