为缩短盾构控制系统的研发周期,避免在控制系统设计不完善时直接与盾构联机所带来的不安全性,同时也为了便于系统的优化设计和系统的远程故障诊断,有必要研制盾构控制系统检测试验台。检测试验台由盾构控制系统与盾构功能仿真系统组成,盾构控制系统由信号采集装置与控制器组成,盾构功能仿真系统由物理仿真系统与数学仿真系统组成。在控制系统的作用下,功能仿真系统若能实现各种具有一定逻辑关系的动作,并在压力、流量、位移、速度、时间、转速、转矩、姿态角、温度、液位等各种参数上符合设计要求,则表明控制系统的设计是正确的,具备了与实际盾构进行联机的条件。如果控制系统不能使功能仿真系统实现预期的功能,则说明控制系统的参数或设计存在问题,需要重新调整或修改设计。由国家矿山机械质量监督检验中心对盾构控制系统检测试验台进行了性能检验,20项受检项目全部合格。盾构控制系统检测试验台具有功能全面、仿真度高、主次分明、虚实结合、结构简单、便于扩展的优点,为自主进行盾构掘进机的研发提供了重要的试验手段。

Shield control system test bench has the merits of full function, high simulation degree, primary and secondary distinctness, combination of actual situation and secondary facture, simple structure and easy expansion, which provides an important test method for independent research and development of shield boring machine.
