随着我国信息化建设的迅猛发展,电子政务的推进势不可挡。据有关资料显示,全国各级政府电子政务规划的预期投资高达数千亿元。在实际应用中,普及率较高的应该数公文的电子化。这项应用具有划时代的意义,大大地解放了文秘人员的生产力,提高了办公效率和辅助领导决策的能力与水平,不仅是一场办公手段的革命,更重要的是引发了人们观念的巨大转变,继而促进了政务机关工作作风、工作方式的变革。但机遇往往与挑战并存,随着政府上网工程的全面启动,与公文电子化密切关联的后一道环节——档案管理,正面临着一些亟待解决的问题。如何适应电子政务的发展,有针对性地做好档案工作,是当前档案部门迫切需要解决的重要课题。

How to adapt to the development of e-government, and do a good job of archives in a targeted manner is an urgent issue urgently needed to be solved by the archival departments.
