为解决锅炉尾部烟道中烟气气流分布不均匀性问题,在锅炉转向室内增设烟气调节屏,并通过数值计算和采用粒子图像测速仪(PIV)测量的方法对烟气调节屏的调节性能进行优化.在锅炉转向室内优化设计出3种不同的烟气调节屏装置,并引用不均匀系数和速度偏差系数定量评定烟道内流场的均匀性,结果显示增设烟气调节装置后气流场均匀程度明显变优.特别是采用具有强消旋减涡作用及安装简易特点的竖直布置弧形调节屏,左右两侧气流分布不均匀系数由3.18和1.68分别降至1.97和1.59,速度偏差比接近于1.0.利用PIV对优化后的调节屏进行测试验证,结果表明优化后的调节屏能较好地改善尾部烟道内气流的分布特性.
