目的观察结核性脑膜炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取医院收治的结合性脑膜炎患者120例进行分析,根据患者的病情,采取抗结核、脱水、激素治疗。结果 120例中痊愈71例占59.2%,好转49例占40.8%,总有效率为100.0%。治疗结束后,无1例出现后遗症。结论结核性脑膜炎根据病情,给予抗结核、脱水、激素等治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of tuberculous meningitis. Methods A total of 120 patients with combined meningitis admitted to the hospital were selected for analysis. According to the patient’s condition, anti-TB, dehydration and hormone therapy were taken. Results In 120 cases, 71 cases were cured, 59.2%, 49 cases improved, 40.8%, the total effective rate was 100.0%. After treatment, no cases of sequelae occurred. Conclusion Tuberculous meningitis according to the disease, giving anti-TB, dehydration, hormones and other treatment effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
