目的:对缩宫素与利多卡因合用减轻肌肉注射疼痛的疗效进行研究分析。方法:选取64例因子宫收缩不良导致阴道出血患者按照治疗方法分为对照组和观察组各32例,观察组给予缩宫素+利多卡因治疗,对照组给予单纯缩宫素治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者肌肉注射疼痛率为3.13%显著低于对照组患者的100.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者肌肉注射1 h后和肌肉注射3 d后子宫收缩良好率和阴道出血减少或无出血率及且两组患者不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:缩宫素+利多卡因可显著减轻患者肌肉注射疼痛,且不影响药物治疗效果,改善患者预后。
OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the curative effect of oxytocin and lidocaine in relieving intramuscular injection pain. Methods: Sixty-four patients with vaginal bleeding due to poor uterine contractions were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of treatment. The observation group was treated with oxytocin and lidocaine, while the control group with simple oxytocin treatment. Group patients treatment effect.
