目的:研究中药祛异康对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠血浆血栓烷B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)水平的影响,探讨其治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机理。方法:采用40只鼠龄为60d的健康雌性SD大鼠随机分为4组,正常对照组(A组)、内异症模型对照组(B组)、丹那唑组(C组)、祛异康组(D组),除正常对照组行开关腹手术外,其余3组均行造模术。观察子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠的异位内膜生长情况,以及用放射免疫法检测血浆中TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1α的含量。结果:①祛异组、丹那唑组与模型组比较可以降低异位症大鼠血浆中TXB2的含量(P<0.05);②祛异组、丹那唑组与模型组比较可显著升高异位症大鼠血浆中6-Keto-PGF1α的含量(P<0.05)。结论:祛异康能改善子宫异常收缩和子宫血管舒缩功能紊乱,减轻子宫缺血缺氧,痉挛、疼痛症状。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qu Yi Kang on plasma levels of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in endometriosis model rats, and to investigate its effect on endometriosis Symptoms of the mechanism of action. Methods: Forty female Sprague-Dawley rats of 60 days old were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group (A group), endometriosis model group (B group), Danazol group (C group) Kang group (D group), in addition to the normal control group open abdominal surgery, the remaining three groups were modeling. Ectopic endometrial growth was observed in endometriosis model rats, and the levels of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in plasma were detected by radioimmunoassay. Compared with the model group, the levels of TXB2 in the exergy group and the model group were significantly lower than those in the untreated group (P <0.05); ②The levels of TXB2 in the exergy group and the Danazol group were significantly higher than those in the untreated group The content of 6-Keto-PGF1α in the plasma of rats (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qu Yi Kang can improve abnormal uterine contraction and uterine vasomotor dysfunction, reduce uterine ischemia, hypoxia, cramps, pain symptoms.
