随着地方经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,电力需求侧负荷不断增长,可能出现系统无功分布不尽合理及局部地区无功严重不足、电压水平普遍较低的情况。在当前日趋复杂的系统结构受到较大干扰时,也可能在电压稳定性不好的环节导致电压崩溃。由于功率因数偏低所造成的重大电能损失已经引起了世界各国的广泛重视,我国在此方面的研究正处于起步阶段,适合我国国情的高压无功电压自动调节装置和完善的数据分析算法还没有问世,因此深入进行这方面的研究有着十分重要的现实意义。
