目的:探讨肾功能衰竭患者行血液净化治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择2016/1-2017/1期间于本院接受临床诊治的60例肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组,前组患者均行适时的血液净化治疗,后组患者行药物治疗,观察和分析两组患者的临床治疗疗效。结果:在治疗一段时间之后,两组患者的血液Ph值变化范围比较窄,BUN和Scr下降较快,死亡情况等组间差异比较不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);心功能不全、心律失常、低血压等血流动力学改变情况差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床确诊肾功能衰竭后,要及早对诊治患者疾病。通过采用适时血液净化治疗,可以显著改善患者的病情,优于常规药物治疗方法,降低患者死亡率。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of blood purification in patients with renal failure. METHODS: Sixty patients with renal failure admitted to our hospital during the period of January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All patients in the former group received timely blood purification treatment. Group of patients undergoing drug treatment, observation and analysis of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results: After a period of treatment, the changes of blood Ph values in both groups were relatively narrow, the BUN and Scr decreased rapidly, and the differences among the groups of death were not statistically significant (P> 0.05); heart failure, Hemodynamic changes such as abnormalities and hypotension were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: After clinical diagnosis of renal failure, diagnosis and treatment of patients with disease as soon as possible. By using timely blood purification treatment, can significantly improve the patient’s condition, superior to conventional drug treatment, reduce patient mortality.
