中国特色的社会主义道路是中国共产党在不断的实践、探索中逐渐确立并发展起来的治国方略,更是在马克思主义法治思想指导下,立足于中国国情实际,吸收和借鉴了先进的法治文明成果做出的正确选择。任何一个社会都要树立基本的人格模塑,都要从人性的约束中来保持其稳定性。社会主义核心价值观的构建是社会主义法治建设中,将建设社会主义政治文明作为其内在生命力的基本需要,通过全体民众的坚持与不断努力,以实现各部分之间在相互作用中可持续发展的有序结构。本文从法学理论出发,综合运用马克思主义理论,以中国特色社会主义核心价值观为研究对象,从深入研究法治理念的内涵与逻辑关系上,探讨其学术价值及实践意义。
The road of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a strategy for running the country which was gradually established and developed by the CPC during its constant practice and exploration. Based on the theory of jurisprudence, this article uses the Marxist theory in combination with the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the research object, and probes into its academic value and practical significance from the connotation and logical relationship between the concept of law and rule.
