用苔盼蓝、吖啶橙染色、电子显微镜及DNA凝胶电泳等方法进行VP-16对卵巢癌细胞株影响的研究,旨在探讨其杀死肿瘤细胞的作用机制。结果表明,VP-16能使卵巢癌细胞出现典型的凋亡,且表现出时间和浓度的依赖性,DNA电泳呈现梯形改变,证明VP-16可诱导卵巢癌细胞发生程序性死亡,从而达到杀伤肿瘤细胞的目的。
The effects of VP-16 on ovarian cancer cell lines were studied by trypan blue, acridine orange staining, electron microscopy and DNA gel electrophoresis, and the mechanism of action of VP-16 on killing tumor cells was explored. The results showed that VP-16 could induce apoptosis of ovarian cancer cells in a time-and concentration-dependent manner. DNA electrophoresis showed a trapezoid change.
