本文重点介绍采用以航空遥感图像解译为主的综合方法，对我国宁夏回族自治区内的“土夯版筑”结构长城及附属的营堡、墩台进行首次全面调查的成果。还简介了多时相航片和早期航片的再开发利用情况，并结合有关历史文献对宁夏长城分布、构筑体系及其功能进行了初步深索。
This article focuses on the introduction of a comprehensive approach based on interpretation of aerial remote sensing imagery to carry out the first comprehensive survey of the Great Wall and its affiliated forts and abutments within the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in China. The paper introduces the redevelopment and utilization of multi-temporal aerostats and early aeronautics, and makes a preliminary study of the distribution, construction system and functions of the Great Wall in Ningxia with relevant historical documents.
